To ensure long-term digital preservation, the articles of Educación Química are archived in CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and Portico, services verified by The Keepers Registry, which guarantees multiple secure copies for their preservation.

 

Access to Metadata via OAI-PMH

Our journal offers an OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative – Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) interface to facilitate access to the metadata of our published content. This protocol allows other portals and information services to collect the metadata of our articles, promoting greater visibility and dissemination of the research.

Repository Deposit Policy for Authors of the Journal

Authors of Educación Química are allowed to deposit a copy of the published version of their article in an institutional repository or another repository of their choice, with no embargo, as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The repository or storage platform must ensure non-commercial access and no modification of the work.
  2. The author must provide proper attribution, correctly acknowledging the original source of the article.

This policy allows authors to share their work with greater visibility and access, facilitating its dissemination within the academic community.
