Abstract

The pain beside being a corporal symptom, a sensation of alarm, an interpretation of hurt and a disagreeable experience, is a suffering socially contextualized and historically. The phenomenon of the pain is multidimensional and multifactorial, reason by that to explain and to understand this suffering transdiscipline is needed of a conceptual combination.In the medical specialized units, the clinics of the pain, the population user is shaped by more women that men, some authors relate to the multiple problematic ones of health-disease that faces this sector of the population, related to the current demographic phenomena, to his permanent subordination, the constant insertion in little valued employments, the loads of housekeeping, the conflicts of pair and the violence domestic. In this work one presents the experience of the chronic pain of a woman who suffers osteoarthropathy degenerative from column, which becomes more complex with the labor reasons of to suffer, with the relations of kind and the violence, which conclusion makes to us interrogate us on the ethics of the fieldwork and to know anthropologic before the dilemma of the confidentiality and the justice.
