This study presents data from corporal size of a sample of 168 aboriginal Chorote above 20 years old. The variables that were raised were: total stature, sat down stature, biacromial width and biiliocristal width. Averages, deviations standard and coefficients of variability were calculated by sex and separately for the younger and older than 50 years. The differences were calculated to each other in real value of the stockings and with relationship to the total average. The differences were determined in the additions of the variables in real values. The results showed: a) general decline of those older than 50 years; b) differential decline of the sexes, with the women duplicating the values with regard to the men; c) the committed variables were: total stature, diameter biacromial and sat down stature, in that order. It is proposed that the energy demands of successive and abundant pregnancies and the effort of heavy work affect women’s phenotypic condition producing a quick decline after the 50 years old, while the less expensive nature of the masculine investment in reproduction and a less demanding life in relation to physical efforts allows men to arrive to more advanced ages and with smaller decline in their anthropometric parameters.
