The scientific inquiry and rehearsals of the effects of the air on the human body published in 1740, they induced to the analysis of the relationship that existed among morbidity, mortality and environment. According to the above-mentioned, the study is centered in the period that we understands since the years of 1760-1850, during that lapse it is when the proposals of the neoclassical urbanism are related with the ideas of the public, health settling down new concepts of moral and hygiene, same that are identified with the ideological actions of illustration.Downloads
