Planned Growth Through Three Scales: Case Study NWwKT Housing
Main Article Content
Abstract
Simultaneous planned growth of the urban fabric, the housing block and the house itself allows, through the design of an adaptable and generous habitat, to improve the habitability and access to decent housing for more people.
By analyzing the proposal nwwkt we can verify how time is a key factor in the design process and how it creates variable patterns (economic, social and even spatial) that stimulate specifically each kind of expansion.
