Abstract

The group of kanjobalan languages has been the object of innovations. Its geographical environment has limited this process in the nominal classificators. Tuyanteco and motozinteco have not followed these processes, and confirm that they have been restrained to a localized area, since the two last languages ocurr in
separate regions.
