Photography with Mobile Devices as Educational Support
Main Article Content
Abstract
We present the development and results of an educational activity instrumented using mobile technologies. In this activity students used their cellphone cameras to record experiences related to two guiding themes: political rationality and aesthetic experience —both part of the curriculum of the subject Philosophical Problems at the UNAM’s Distance Baccalaureate. The purpose of this activity was to strengthen students in these two important concepts, generally considered theoretical and therefore alien to everyday practice. Action took place under the framework of the project of the Jose Guadalupe Posada High School (blended program baccalaureate) and ended with a temporary exhibition of the work delivered by the learners.
