Abstract

Currently the Venezuelan State is experimented a series of changes and transformations at level of its organizational structures in order to outlining a greater satisfaction of demands originated from the civil society. Obviously these changes have had their immediate repercussion on the different areas of the national agenda. In this sense, we see that the international projection of Venezuela in the area of the Caribbean (Natural space) have registered a notable influences being guided to empower its role as protagonist actor of the regional agenda and at the same time be articulated and reflected the real situation of Venezuela in function of its national interest. This indicates that the Caribbean still represents a key piece for the aspirations of a competitive international raid that envisages the current government of president Hugo Chávez.
