An important objective of this work revives a debate of the Brazilian revolution. It highlights Guerreiro Ramos criticism to Brazil's Communist Party (PCB) and to Marxist-Leninist ideology. This work is divided into two areas: First, the Populist Nationalist Revolutionary Ideology, highly influential in Third World Countries. Guerreiro Ramos is one of the most renowned proponents in Brazil. Second a critical analysis of the PCB'S revolutionary ideology by Guerreiro and his defense of the Third World socialismo
