Mudanças nos protestos de mulheres no Twitter/x: prestações comunicacionais e agência nas plataformas sociodigitais

Resumo
As práticas de comunicação dos utilizadores das redes sociais mudam ao longo do tempo devido às alterações introduzidas pelas plataformas. Estas mudanças articulam uma série de características técnicas que estão relacionadas com a forma como estes serviços permitem e constrangem as acções dos utilizadores. Referir-nos-emos a estas lógicas de funcionamento das plataformas como características comunicacionais. Para verificar as mudanças nas práticas de comunicação e a forma como se relacionam com estas affordances, analisamos 26 conjuntos de dados constituídos por 4,95 milhões de posts no serviço Twitter/X relacionados com casos de protestos digitais de mulheres no México. Ao correlacionar diferentes métricas para cada conjunto de dados, é possível observar como os utilizadores utilizam cada vez mais as possibilidades de replicar e escalar a conversa digital, usando as funcionalidades do serviço para mobilizar as suas reivindicações.
