The performance of the Public Administration in the environmental crisis. A perspective on environmental governance

Abstract
The actions of the public administration in environmental problems have been inefficient, since its main executing agent, the government, has ignored the complaints of civil society groups affected by this situation and derived from it.
The objective of this essay is to identify the role of the public administration in the face of the environmental crisis that Mexico is experiencing, as well as to analyze what are the problems that weaken the country's action to be efficient in solving the conflicts derived from these crises.
