Abstract
This article aims to identify the main findings obtained from research on governance in public systems and public mental health policies in the world during the years 2013 to 2020, published in the databases Elsevier, EBSCO host, PubMed, PsycINFO, as well as to identify the utilities of the approach and the challenges they implied to create a better models for mental health care at global level.
