Recognition and motivation in the classroom: Highlighting student strengths

Abstract
The human being has always been in search of recognition and acceptance by others to reaffirm and feel motivated, which is generated in a personal way to know enough. The acquisition of new knowledge, lack of experience, promotes students emotional insecurity that creates a barrier to the understanding, assimilation and application of content exposed in the classroom.
