Abstract

In this study I attempt to accomplish an analysis of the grinding material that corresponds to the region of The Altos Orientales de Chiapas. The principal object is to elaborate a classificatorial method that permits realize comparations taking into account four basic aspects connected between them: resource, technical work, form, and function. We can obtain of them worthy data to achieve a systematical and integral study of the grinding utensils.
