La categoría de persona desde la perspectiva del lenguaje

Abstract

The anthropological research on the category of person makes it evident that in every culture the image of the human being reflects the idea of a ‘split person’ at least in two conceptually differentiated aspects. The present article explores the hypothesis supporting the approach that the notion of a split individual is logically based upon the grammar category of person, and it is the effect of certain essential attributes from the human being conceived as a ‘talking being’.
