Los contextos de almacenamiento en los sitios arqueológicos y su estudio

Abstract

The archaeological study of storage facilities is a subject that has not been developed with sufficient detail. In this article, the different levels of the storage phenomenon are analyzed: the structure level allows a formal, structural, and functional analysis of the warehouse or storage vessel; the site level is important to evaluate the social impact of storage and of the control spheres; and finally, the regional level is useful to understand the hierarchical aspects of centralized storage.
