Abstract

The presence in the US Southeast of a number of traces similar to the mesoamerican people supposedly show that existed a deep communication in both culture areas. Its analysis shows that existed a contact taken place once in a while along the elapsed time, not changing substantially the different Southeast cultural traditions. The similarities discovered with mesoamerican traces could be interpreted as a result of "simulation" coming frorn the Southeast, through contacts held within both areas, being of a great deal of help in its development.
