No. 29 (2025): RETURN, THE NEW ERA
Amicus Curiae. Electronic Journal of the Faculty of Law is a quarterly, open-access electronic publication edited by the Editorial Coordination of the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Its main objective is to promote national and international legal research and knowledge, both within the field of legal studies and among the general public, through the publication of specialized academic works in the science of law. It focuses primarily on articles and essays, which may be submitted in Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, or Portuguese, and will be accepted under the regulations of the content validation and double-blind peer review process.
Objective:
This journal aims to encourage transdisciplinary and multidisciplinary legal research, fostering ongoing dialogue and debate on legal issues and problems among researchers, postgraduate students, and graduates from all over the world who wish to begin their research careers. It welcomes contributors from diverse legal backgrounds and ideological perspectives, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, analytical, empirical, exegetical, and philosophical perspectives from all branches of law, legal doctrine, and socio-legal studies.
