Abstract

This paper will proceed to explore how and under what conditions have created spaces for certain transnational corporations (private corporations), that offer professional services, are making of the "new ways of managing" that emerged from privatization and new public management for government and public administration, business opportunity related to giving advice, support or collaboration for the delivery of public services, and even to formulate public policies and programs. Furthermore, we examine the major corporations that are engaged in this market that offer professional services, noting what services they offer. Finally, we will proceed to reflect on the implications of this activity on changes and areas of government activity.
