Main Article Content
Abstract
This article reviews and analyses several of the most significant developments in financial markets since the irruption of the financial crisis and their regulatory responses. Despite initial promising responses by various national governments and international bodies such as the G20, regulations have not addressed the principle forces behind the crisis.
