In order to know the differences by degree and field of study. The study involved a total of 260 scientists. A 48 item scale was built with three factors that explain the 65% of the total variance with a a = 0.895. The results show that the UNAM scientists believe in the scientific and epistemological principles as the best explanations towards issues about the order of the reality phenomena, the world and themselves.
