Bioethics and Professional Training Of Dental Surgeon

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss in a collective and constructively manner the way the world has changed and how to train the future professionals to change accordingly, to adapt themselves to the renovation wind that blows from every part of the world, always with the human dignity in the center of our reflections and academic concerns, the full respect and promotion of the human rights that establishes it. Professional training should contribute to the formation of personal values and codes of behavior that ends all form of discrimination such as those based on gender, ethnic differences, age, religious beliefs, political preferences, or sexual orientation. We need to educate professionals with academic excellence and at the same time as citizens who know how to live in a diverse and plural community such as ours.
