Abstract

A journalist interview implies, in fact, two separate tasks for the author: a conversation with some character and the creation of a narrative that best reflects the content of this conversation. This article attempts to explain the way in which the narrative is constructed and also, the way in which this creation is linked with the predominant narrative way of proceeding of the interviewer, who tends to appropriate the fact through discouse (as, in the end, the prevailing version will be the one he presents). The article shows and illustrates the types of discursive strategies normally used by professional interviewers. The technique of avoking, as a resource to introduce the roice and the presence of the interviewer over that of the interviewed is exposed and analyzed.
