Abstract
Dr. Fátima Amairani Valles Huerta, Department of Research and Integration of Results of the Ministry of Education of Guanajuato, explains how it has been fundamental for the Government of this entity to investigate the topic of evaluation, mainly after the pandemic when a loss of learning was identified in the students of basic education, but also in higher secondary education. It also comments on the concept of mentefactura, which for some years has been relevant in Guanajuato as a support to education, due to its focus on innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
