Success factors of the Open University of Indonesia. An interview with its President, Dr. Ojat Darojat

Abstract

Dr. Darojat outlines the three mandates fulfilled by the Open University (Universitas Terbuka) of Indonesia, which serves over 500,000 students. He details the factors he deems relevant during high school to ensure that incoming first-year higher education students possess the necessary skills.
