Abstract

Since 2019, the Instituto de Educación Media Superior (IEMS), under Mexico City’s Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Education (SECTEI), established the foundations for an inter-institutional working environment with the high school subsystems of Mexico City, through a Seminar (Seminario de Fortalecimiento del Bachillerato, SEFOBA) and the organization of an academic conference (1er. Encuentro Interinstitucional de Fortalecimiento e Innovación Educativa del Bachillerato de la Ciudad de México), held in 2021. Now, in 2023, it continued that purpose by organizing the second conference, which took place from April 24th to 26th, using a hybrid format, and is outlined below.
