Abstract
This testimony describes a journey of the first 10 years of the Bachillerato en Línea, its beginning as the first virtual study plan of the Autonomous University of Yucatan, the process of innovation and continuous improvement that it has gone through, the scope that has been had in the field of virtual high school education at a distance, as well as the main challenges it faces to continue and provide students with a quality, equitable education according with the needs of today's world.
