Success factors at SNHU

Abstract

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) has the largest enrollment of any university in the United States, with approximately 185,000 students, the majority of whom are enrolled in online programs. While many are adult learners seeking to improve their futures for themselves and their families, SNHU also attracts a diverse range of students, including traditional-aged learners who constitute the fastest growing percentage of its enrollment and who are drawn to the flexibility of online learning. SNHU's success can be attributed to three key factors: a commitment to its mission, a focus on meeting students' needs, and a dedication to promoting social justice and equity.
