Work Strategies for UADY Online Baccalaureate Students with Special Educational Needs
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper demonstrates work strategies applied to the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán (UADY) online baccalaureate, for students with special educational needs, considering that these students —whom are part of the current population— present different disabilities that might inhibit suitable performance within the program. However, implementation of these strategies guarantees their continuity, promoting educational inclusion and social responsibility.
Development of these work strategies strengthens comprehensive student service to achieve better performance in students with special needs, linking them with their tutors (teachers), as well as helping them in their integration with the program, improving their school adaptation and, above all, providing adequate attention to their needs.
