Abstract

Building platforms for online education constitutes a challenge for all institutions that have chosen that endeavor. The main issue is to have good communication and an integrated work between the academic and technological teams. In this text we present the experience at UNAM’s Coordinación de Bachillerato a Distancia while implementing and evolving its own platform. It includes a description of the process to migrate and permanently update it in an effort to preserve its quality and production capabilities with flexibility and using agile, multidisciplinary, development methodologies.
