My experience while mediating forums dealing with values

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the use of forums as spaces where students of Bachillerato Tecnológico Bivalente a Distancia of Instituto Politécnico Nacional can participate and share opinions. Tutors provide driving questions. The role of tutors inside the forums is to establish and guide a pedagogical dialogue. In the case presented, a forum was the scenario for the analysis of the strategy used by the academic tutor among two groups of learners in order to underscore respect, tolerance and plurality.
