Abstract
The effects of two contexts, paired and unpaired with pentobarbital, upon the activity produced in rats by amphetamine, were evaluated. The activity under the stimulant was greater under the paired than under the unpaired stimulus. Our results are congruent with the model of conditioned tolerance, as proposed by Siegel
