Modelo cognitivo-conductual en un caso de enuresis secundaria nocturna

Abstract

This article's aim was to study a model of cognitivebehavioral treatment in a case of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis secondary to a 5-year-old who has difficulty sleeping with the lights off, because he's afraid of darkness. The case was treated in clinical psychology CICS-UST, CAPSI, through the dry bed training (ECS) without the alarm, using only the awakening phased overlearning, retention and training in positive reinforcement, while incorporating self-instruction , emotive performances (games for darkness), and token economy.The experimental design case study was AB.
