Abstract

This article's aim was to study a model of cognitivebehavioral treatment in a case of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis secondary to a 5-year-old who has difficulty sleeping with the lights off, because he's afraid of darkness. The case was treated in clinical psychology CICS-UST, CAPSI, through the dry bed training (ECS) without the alarm, using only the awakening phased overlearning, retention and training in positive reinforcement, while incorporating self-instruction , emotive performances (games for darkness), and token economy.The experimental design case study was AB. The results showed that the subject potty achievement, he slept with the lights off, eliminating the fear and darkness and reducing emissions to zero rate of bed-wetting
