Abstract

In this article I make a reflective analysis about of the Syndrome of Welfare Burnout, whose answer is pronounced in a context of high institutional exigency in the treatment of patients with deficits who demand maintained attention in the aid profession. I will treat its historical slope, its mediating causes and consequences and factors.
