Systemic resilience and government acts regarding violence against women in Nezahualcóyotl

Abstract

The objective of the following work is to contribute to the understanding of some government acts carried out in the Municipality of Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México (2010-219) as charities against violence against women; The deductive and documentary approach takes the theoretical reference of systemic resilience, considering its pertinent categories to link the risk factors made visible from certain historical feminist claims with the protective factors expressed in some mexican federal, state and municipal regulations, their relationship analyzed in four systems/areas (family, community, health, government), suggests expanding the actions to preventive intervention networks.
