Political framework of active aging for Mexico. Best practices

Abstract

The text analyzes the best international practices of the Active Aging Model (meac) and structures a reference framework for the orientation of the policy. A theoretical review of the scientific literature on the paradigms of aging is carried out; the best strategies include: participation and social action; training and learning; promotion of healthy styles; social services and health; take care and take care of yourself; economic, social and labor security; accessible, active and safe cities and towns; safe homes; information / social communication; innovation and regional development
