Abstract

This paper discusses two aspects of the work of Claude Levi Strauss, on one hand, structural analysis of the myths that has had a significant influence on Social and Human Sciences studies; and secondly, the author notes that few studies have been proposed to consider their points of intersection with posfundacionales and post-structuralist approaches. The text for the item that exposes takes a look at recent analysis of myths that apply these categories from a postfoundational perspective, placing the focus on Latin American studies.
