Diplomacia parlamentaria mexicana: la participación del Congreso en política exterior a través de los puntos de acuerdo durante la LX Legislatura

Abstract

The article discusses the significance of parliamentary diplomacy in the LX Legislature. The central argument of the authors is that Congress has extended its participation in the design of foreign policy through legislative mechanisms, as the points of agreement. It is important to note that Mexico.s foreign policy has played an important role in various international forums and, as an exercise of this kind, gives us the opportunity to meet some elements of the national foreign policy.
