Abstract

The author gives an overview of the situation that keeps the social security of workers employed by the state and its chart of insurance and services. Presents the positions generated by the different political forces involved in this process. In addition, displays a set of benchmarks that allow us to better understand the scenario in which government authorities attempted to justify its decision to reform the item referred through the Law of the ISSSTE.
