Abstract
In the present article, the author presents an analysis about the dynamics of structural contradiction of capitalism: the appropriation and monopolization of the means of production and the need to expand global production of goods, wich establishing a state of permanent crisis, that is compounded periodically expressed in various sectors of the international economy. To such crises, the Mexican goverment has responded by opening up spaces for the participation of private investment and constraining its social policies.
