El papel de la instituciones en la normalización de la economía informal

Abstract

Based on neoinstitutionalism theoretical point of view this paper attempts to discuss problems about the efficiency of Mexican institutions to prevent the informal economic activities boom. For the solution of the conflict between economic growth and informal activities the author observes that the rule of law is an inmediate challenge of Mexican state.
