Geometry and Law: the Kelsenian Pyramid and the Circle in the Law of the People of Abya Yala

Abstract

This paper has as its objective, on the one side, to give a critical account of the positivist and formalist legal theory, the kelsenian pure theory of law, in particular. On the other hand, to analyze the cosmovision and the circular form of legality held by the indigenous people, especially those of the AbyaYala.
