Possibilities of Being: Social Protection Between Light and Shadow

Abstract

This article tries to reveal some subject formation traces facing itself and the society that it isinserted to discuss the importance of Social Protection in Knowledge Economy as the factor for the expansionof Human potentialities. The assumption is the connection between the individual and the worldhappens in a dynamic relation where the individual shapes society and the individual is shaped by societyis shaped. So Fromm’s Social Psychology (1961) is used to clarify the appearing of human fears and passionsand Gorz’s No material concept (2005).
