Abstract

The real objective of prison is the permanent control of bodies. Thus, becomes condition ofpossibility for the maintenance of an economic and political system whose operation is guaranteed byvarious security devices. In that context, it should explore the possibility that the decisions of judges thatdeclare not guilty those involved in social protest, relieving them of implementation of the sentence ofimprisonment, can be regarded as counter-conduct aimed to erode disciplinary power and, by elevation,current state structure, based on security devices. From the perspective of anarchism, such decisions canbe inserted within an eventual revolutionary libertarian strategy
