Abstract
The dominant criminal policy in contemporary modern societies shows signs of homogeneity,nevertheless this homogeneity has not help to reduce or prevent the raise of criminality. On theother hand, this same criminal policy has ethnocentric characteristics, through which, the dominantclasses criminalize the other, poverty. In these circumstances, the need of reconsideration towards analternative criminal policy, that redefines human dignity and allows the emergence of a new and truehuman universal
