Law Teaching from the Foucaultian Toolbox

Abstract

In this work I reconstruct, from several references dispersed in his work, some of Foucault´sreflections about University. I explore some historical references about the University, their functions,and its role in the disciplinarization of knowledge and bodies, and, at the same time, I try to advance,at the end of the work, certain specifics ideas about law.
