As esquerdas e as crises capitalistas: Repensando Weimer

Abstract

Starting from the analysis of the Republic of Weimer (1919-1933) an analysis is carried out of the constitucionalismo social weimeriano as a first mechanism of capitalist legitimation for the constitutional recognition of rights, historic relationship result and specific between antagonistic social classes and of the neoliberalism as capitalist rescue of grantings made to the time in which the intervencionismo state was hegemonico, to make possible the reflection on the role of the left-hands in view of the capitalist crisis of 2008, avoiding errors of the major parties with influence in the German working class during the capitalist crisis of 1929.
