Abstract

The author arguments in favor of a theoretical-practical redefinition of the meaning of legal rationality, which is to part from the legal professionials’ repositioning of questions that have been studied within the scope of Sociology, parting from the idea that there exist manifestations that strengthen the liberal-legal paradigm, one example of these manifestations can be found in the fact that legal technique substitutes for the material rationality. In the author’s considerations, the analysis of Weber’s and Marx’s works would be helpful in the task af gathering new accounts in the sociological and the sociology of law’s knowledge.
