Weber y la sociología del derecho en la crítica de Kelsen

Abstract

The critics of Kelsen directed to the sociologists of the right are radical, nevertheless, says the author, with Weber, their critic looked for to develop in the line of the affinity, more than of the oppositions and the resistances. It does not conceive the idea of a sociology of the right, where the term of “right” is the same object of investigation, for that reason the sociology of the right does not exist and it cannot exist, reason for which looked for the elaboration of “a pure” theory of the Right and the State.
