Abstract

In the present article, the author maintains that Latin America is elevated like the referring one for the joint of a speech within the international community that implies a radical reframing of the democratic ideal. From an insurrection of knowledge and practices submissive by the power of the capital, the construction of another Right and another policy is sustained in the fight of classes to define the sphere of the public.
